This is a really good rub. Use it on ribs, chicken, or even bacon.

Mix together the following ingredients and store in an airtight container:
1/2 to 3/4 Cup Dark Brown Sugar, packed
2 Tbsp Kosher Salt
2 Tbsp Onion Powder
2 Tbsp Smoked Paprika
1 Tbsp Dry Mustard
1 Tbsp Granulated Garlic
1 Tbsp Ground Black Pepper
1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp Allspice (yes, allspice)
