These surprised me. My wife loves sweet potato. I don’t like sweet potato, so I wasn’t too interested when I heard her in the kitchen making them. It turns out, though, that these little sweet potato bites are delicious. True, it’s probably mostly due to the butter, maple syrup, and marshmallows that are used to make them. But I have to admit that they wouldn’t taste nearly as good without the sweet potato. And I don’t like sweet potato.
