There’s rice, chicken, egg, cilantro, cashews, pineapple, carrots, peas, and a dash of fish sauce in here. Oh, and also raisins. Oddly enough (for me), I enjoyed the raisins and will be sure to include them the next time I make this rice. My wife will have to work around them.
