In my mind, I imagine myself creating delicious salmon patties from yesterday’s leftover baked salmon. It can’t be that hard to do. In reality though, my salmon patties pretty much suck when it comes to taste. I’ve made them many times in different ways and have never achieved what I was hoping for. Could it be that I just don’t care for salmon patties? Maybe it’s the leftover salmon that doesn’t agree with me. Next time maybe I’ll try using fresh salmon instead.
