My wife has been successful (for the second time) in utilizing California’s Lemon Law. Our Hyundai Tucson Hybrid, which we have thoroughly enjoyed (until unsolvable electrical problems with the battery cropped up), will soon be bought back by the Hyundai Corporation. So guess what we’re going to replace it with (and this is either very dumb or extremely brilliant) — another Hyundai Tucson (just not the hybrid this time), because given our particular wants and needs in a vehicle, it is still the best deal out there for the money.
