Banana bread is the reason there are bananas. It’s true.
We had three bananas that were on their way to the kitchen compost pail when I decided to keep them one more day so they could sweeten up and be perfect for banana bread. I don’t make banana bread often because it’s just the two of us and we have a hard time finishing off an entire loaf. We usually end up giving most of it to family and friends.
